Refund and Returns Policy

At DressMeUp Online 4U, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Policy Overview

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear and intimate wear
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable”
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during clearance sale (if mentioned)
  • Damaged items due to misuse

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund timeline:

  • UPI / Wallet: 3–5 business days
  • Debit/Credit Card: 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days

Processing time may vary depending on your bank.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider
  3. Wait for processing time

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Size issues (subject to availability)
  • Defective or damaged items

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit
  • Refund

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return address will be shared after return approval via email.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery.
